A: Our skincare is corneotherapy-inspired and emulsifier-free, designed to strengthen your skin barrier, support your microbiome, and promote long-term skin health.

A: Yes — our formulas are gentle, barrier-friendly, and suitable for sensitive, reactive, or compromised skin.

A: Absolutely. All of our products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.

💧Products & Use

A: Apply 1–2 pumps to clean, damp skin morning and night before moisturiser. Gently press into the skin.

A: Yes — our formulas are safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you have specific concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional.

A: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always close caps tightly after use.

A: For best results, use within 6–12 months of opening. Each product has a PAO (period-after-opening) symbol on the label.

📦 Shipping & Returns

A: All orders are packed and shipped from New Zealand.

A: Yes — we currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. More destinations will be added soon.

A: NZ orders usually arrive in 2–5 business days. AU orders take 5–10 business days.

A: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

💳 Orders & Payments

A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay (where available)

A: You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder.

A: Yes — once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
